Over the past 12 months, our team has faced challenges that could have stopped most organizations. Yet once again, we have come through stronger and more committed to our purpose, vision, and mission. These values are proof of our strength and the reason we continue to grow.
I want to thank and congratulate each of you. Your commitment to the MDC Way shows that our 18th-year journey is no accident. What we have built is not temporary. It is an enduring movement that will continue for generations. As we close our 2025, let us stay focused on our purpose, our guiding vision, and our mission that keeps us ready for a fluid business world.

Mission: MDC delivers innovative solutions and training that improve operations, grow people, and create measurable success for our clients. We empower people, strengthen communities, and make excellence a daily standard as our purpose gains momentum.
This year demanded a steady focus. The federal contracting industry faced uncertainty. Some clients were heavily impacted, while others were not. Still, MDC remained strong and ready to meet each client’s unique mission and needs.
Our work with the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) continues to show how our collaborative and thoughtful approach helps our clients succeed. We have proven our ability not only to meet their immediate needs but also to align with their long-term goals.
MDC also earned the Highly Adaptive Cybersecurity Services (HACS) Special Item Number (SIN) through the GSA, a recognition that positions us to win more cybersecurity contracts as subject-matter experts. Through MDC Business University, an accredited organization, we can now train and educate government employees using our global expertise.
In 2025, we also expanded our artificial intelligence (AI) services for U.S. federal agencies. AI will continue to shape how we grow both professionally and personally, and MDC will lead that transformation.
Finally, our strategic partnerships, whether through prime contracts, subcontracts, or new collaborations, will help us expand through new contract wins, mergers, and acquisitions. Together, we are creating opportunities to positively impact generations to come.
