Dr. Marvin Davis is the founder and CEO of MDC Global Solutions. As a retired US Army Veteran, Marvin proudly spent 20 years serving as both an enlisted Combat Medic and a commissioned Healthcare Comptroller Officer. Throughout his service, he witnessed first-hand the direct impact of leadership and discovered that leading others was a privilege.

Yolanda Mack, currently serving as the Executive Vice President of Growth, commonly known as the “Field General”, has spent over two decades of dedicated service within the Department of Defense Military Health System. Renowned for her problem-solving dexterity and a service-oriented mindset, Yolanda has consistently demonstrated her passion for positively impacting the lives of others.

Bart Rowe brings to MDC more than 36 years of accounting and financial management experience. Serving as the Chief Financial Officer, Bart is directly responsible for overseeing the day-to-day financial operations at MDC to help guide internal decisions and maintain business efficiency.

Colonel (Retired) Virgil L. Scott is a dedicated professional with decades of financial management experience within the Military Health System. As the Director of DHA Operations with MDC, he leads a team of professionals that deliver dedicated support services for the Defense Health Program’s (DHP) Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE).
